M.S. and Ph.D. Graduate Assistantships Available

Several research assistantships are available at the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences, Auburn University. The selected student(s) will be working on the impacts of urban development and land use/cover changes on hydrology as well as water quality of forested ecosystems. Prospective candidates should be highly motivated and preferably have a solid background in the physical aspects of hydrology; especially watershed hydrology and water quality. The research involves extensive modeling and model simulations; consequently a background in modeling is highly desired. Knowledge and experience in computer programming is also expected. Some of the projects involve site visits and data collection. These positions open immediately.
