Grants for Students

We are very pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of grants for undergraduate and graduate students to attend the conference. Funding for these grants is made possible by the National Science Foundation.

Information

1. Only full-time students are eligible for conference grants.
2. U.S. students and non-U.S. students are eligible for conference grants.
3. Grant recipients are expected to be active participants in the conference.
4. Stipend amounts range between $250.00 and $750.00.
5. Grant recipients must attend the entire conference.
6. Grant recipients must stay in the conference hotel (the Sheraton Atlanta).
7. Grant recipients will be notified in writing (e-mail) by February 28, 2007.
8. Before departing the conference, grant recipients are expected to complete brief survey, providing information about their conference experience. Grant recipients also are expected to complete a similar survey 6 months after the conference.
9. Checks will be mailed to grant recipients immediately upon completion of the conference.
